The Teen Help company, who operated a dubious Morava Academy facility in the Czech Republic and whose representatives Glenda and Steven Roach have been prosecuted by Czech law enforcement bodies face similar accusations in the USA.
The accusations have been made in the state of Utah where the company has its headquarters.
The Roaches have been accused in the Czech Republic of maltreatment and limitation of freedom of U.S. children in Hotel Jelenice near the Brno dam.
Teen Help, which controls several educational facilities for problematic youth all over the world, has been accused on two points in the USA.
The company's representative Karr Farnsworth has however said the accusations were "absurd." He claimed that children were not maltreated in the company's facilities and dismissed the accusations made both in the USA and the Czech Republic.
The Roaches together with two Czech citizens have been accused of maltreatment and they are not allowed to leave the Czech Republic.
