The buildings used by the Cross Creek programs are owned by Robert Lichfield, founder of WWASPS.

One property is also the listed address of the Robert Browning Lichfield family partnership.

Director Karr Farnsworth is the former President of WWASPS and was an administrator of Casa by the Sea when that program was closed by Mexican officials in September, 2004.
